Student variables related to referrals for increased student services: A study of third and fourth graders
by Meek, Lisa K., Psy.D., THE UNIVERSITY OF THE ROCKIES, 2008, 80 pages; 3311423

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to examine student variables of seventy-three 3rd and 4th graders in a Colorado suburban elementary school that may correlate to being referred for increased student services. The results suggested that gender was the only significant predictor, with males more likely to be referred.
