by Large, Angela, M.Ed., SAINT MARY'S COLLEGE OF CALIFORNIA, 2011, 94 pages; 1506045

Abstract:

This qualitative case study sought the perceptions of special educators regarding the development of social skills in their high school students with mild/moderate disabilities. Through three one-on-one interviews, teachers expressed their opinions about the social skills necessary for school success, areas their students are deficient, and strategies to intervene.
