Working Toward a More Inclusive Culture: Recruiting Multicultural Staff To Public Schools
by Wynn, James D., M.A., THE COLLEGE OF ST. SCHOLASTICA, 2011, 36 pages; 1499992

Abstract:

The purpose of this capstone is to explore ways to recruit staff of color to a K-12 school district. School districts must gain a better understanding of how to recruit multicultural staff who reflect the communities they serve. School districts should make an intentional effort to recruit teachers of color while inspiring more people of color to consider the teaching profession.
