Abstract:

The Slanted Fence Post, is the story of one woman's experiences coping with the disease, Ulcerative Colitis. The journey spans the course of ten years, from the difficult diagnosis, to a myriad of treatment options, and finally to the acceptance of finding an entirely new way of living with the disease.
