Abstract:

L'objectif de ce mémoire est de prouver que le support vidéo est un support extrêmement riche et flexible et qu'il a énormément à apporter aux cours de langues étrangères, plus particulièrement en ce qui concerne le Français Langue Étrangère. Plusieurs recherches ont démontré que ce support était peu utilisé par les enseignants malgré les développements technologiques qui touchent notre société, d'où l'importance de rappeler pourquoi la vidéo est un support idéal en classe de langues vivantes et comment l'exploiter. Ce mémoire se présente donc à la fois comme une plaidoirie en faveur de son utilisation, et comme un guide à l'usage d'enseignants qui aimeraient exploiter la vidéo dans leurs cours. Les aspects théoriques, techniques, et pratiques de l'utilisation de la vidéo y sont traités.
