Abstract:

This study examined the main effects of perceived supervisor support (PSS), meeting frequency, and informational justice on turnover intentions. The mediating role of informational justice was examined and was found to fully mediate the PSS-turnover intention relationship and the meeting frequency-turnover intention relationship.
